Free Inspection Report

After every cleaning.

You get immediate email notifications of damage or other issues once our Caretaker enters your property. Once we complete your cleaning, we send out a wrap-up report for that day's cleaning. This report includes pre-cleaning images of every room, post-cleaning images of rooms staged according to your preference, and proof of completed checklist items you specify.

What You Do Not Get

Although we will certainly clean any obvious spills, messes, or unacceptable cleanliness by guest standards, the below statement applies to our average clean.
You do not get a deep clean on every turnover
To keep our prices fair and to ensure we are staying within our max hours we do not detail clean every time a guest checks out. Our caretakers may not do air vents, baseboard detailing, detailing blinds, move heavy furniture to clean under or catch the dust in higher places for every clean. But don't worry! You can request a deep clean and we will make sure your place is in tip-top shape. We recommend a deep clean at minimum twice a year to keep everything from getting out of control.
